The Diocese of Amarillo will begin its year-long celebration of its Centennial with a 5:30pm Mass Friday, Dec. 5 at St. Mary’s Cathedral, 1200 South Washington.
Parishes throughout the Diocese of Amarillo have announced Mass Schedules for the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a Holy Day of Obligation, observed this year on Monday, Dec. 8. Parishes have also announced schedules for events for the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, observed on Friday, Dec. 12.
The annual fundraiser to benefit the Catholic Student Center at West Texas A&M University is set for Saturday, Feb. 7 from 6:00pm to 11:00pm in the parish hall at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 4100 South Coulter.
