The King's Men

Amarillo—After a break for the summer, Discernment Meetings will resume this fall.

The meetings, now under the title of The King’s Men, will meet monthly through November.

The first gathering for young men sixth grade age and older is on Sunday, Aug. 30, from 5:00pm to 6:30pm at the Bishop DeFalco Retreat Center, 2100 North Spring.

Subsequent meetings are scheduled from 5:00pm to 6:30pm at the Bishop DeFalco Retreat Center on:
 • Sunday, Sept. 20;
• Sunday, Oct. 18; and,
• Sunday, Nov. 15.

Spring dates will be announced in the near future.

“Men of the diocese are invited to discern their call during these monthly meetings,” said Father Ryan Winger, Vocations Director for the Diocese of Amarillo. “I invite you to join myself and Father Shane Wieck to grow in virtue and learn tools in the art of discernment.”
