DCYC Annual Fundraiser

Greetings!
 
The Office of Youth Ministry is teaming up with Covenant Teen to help fundraise for those attending DCYC 2027.
 
Make it easy for you group to attend DCYC 2027… All you need to do is calculate how much money it will take for a young person to attend and give them the total tickets to buy or sell. Example: if it is going to cost  $100.00 to attend DCYC; give the parents and/or teen 20 tickets and it is done. All you have to do is say “Yes” and let me know how many raffle tickets you would like for us to send you. 
 
NOTE: the registration cost for DCYC 2027 will be $55.00 per person (maybe less).
 
Tickets will be sold at $10.00 per ticket; every participant can get $5.00 per ticket sold. 
 
Extra Profit
Parish Groups sells: 
sell over 150 tickets or more will get an extra 10% of their earnings.
Sell over 250 tickets – 20% of earnings. (70% goes towards your group)
Over 350 tickets - 30% of earnings (80% goes towards your group)

All Monies and unsold tickets must be returned to the Diocesan Youth Office at 4512 NE 24^th Ave. Amarillo, Texas 79107.

Postmarked by Thursday December 3, 2026, or dropped off by: Tuesday December 10, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. at the Diocesan Youth Office

Why 50/50; our goal is for us to keep at least $3000.00 in seed money for next year’s prizes.
