REGISTRATION BELOW
DCYC is a weekend of spiritual growth and fellowship that annually welcomes approximately 500 participants high school youth, youth directors, and chaperones. The event takes place at the Heritage Room Amarillo Civic Center, Amarillo Texas.
The event offers an expanded vendor/exhibitor space that has proven to be a great opportunity for Catholic companies to reach young and young-at-heart Catholics across the Panhandle of Texas area.

Vendor and Exhibitor booth spaces are approximately 8 ft. X 10 ft., and include one 8-foot table, two chairs, and two meal tickets for Saturday lunch and dinner. Additional tables may be added within your space. All other costs are at the expense of the vendor/exhibitor. All participants are asked to provide a copy of their company's liability insurance/liability waiver form (found to the right) at the time of registration.
Not included: booth poles and drapes, table cloths, and electrical cords.

The cost for a space is $310 for vendors and $185 for exhibitors. Space is limited to 15 total spaces; please register early. Additional information can be found to the right. Please note that space availability is limited to single spaces.

CONSIDER BUYING AN AD
Vendors are reminded that the cost of their products should range from $5 to $75 as your target audience is high school teens; vendors are discouraged from bringing large and/or high-dollar items to sell.

Note: The Diocese of Amarillo reserves the right to refuse any vendor or exhibitor for any reason. Deadline March 12, 2027 unless there is still space.
